What Information Do We Collect?
We collect two types of data and information from you:
(1) Non-Personal Information — We retain some non-personal information identified as (“Non-Personal Information”), such as geo-location, web request, browser type, browser language, web pages that you visit before or after visiting our website, URL, platform type, click number, landing page, view page, the order of the pages, and time spent on the page. This information is collected and stored for security reasons and so that we can audit and track usage statistics, audit our affiliates, and calculate payments to third parties.
“Web Beacons” — We also use a software technology called “clear gifs” or known as Web Beacons (visible images that are often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) on our site to recognize users, assess traffic patterns, identify content likes, and monitoring behavior also collects data about visitors who view web pages.
We also include web beacons in our e-mail messages, including newsletters, to count how many e-mail messages have been opened. We also use trusted third parties to collect information, through the use of web beacons, browser cookies, and other tracking technologies. We may collect various data provided by your browser while you are on our site through web beacons. This data is collected in the aggregate but can include or be related to other non-personal information or personal information that users have voluntarily submitted.
“Internet Protocol Address” — Your web browser or e-mail application will automatically provide an Internet Protocol (“IP address”) address to other computers that are communicating with you via the internet so they know where to send information. We receive an IP address every time you see one of our webpages because the browser automatically reports to us. We can also save IP addresses when you register to aqi.co.id, send messages, or buy things from us. We can use IP addresses for various purposes, including; (i) Diagnose service or technology problems; (ii) Assess and maintain security systems; (iii) Showing the most appropriate ad or content; (iv) Learn how people use our site and how we can improve it; (v) Reporting to advertisers about aggregate, but not individual, information obtained from IP addresses.
(2) Personal Information — “Personal Information” is information that may be personal or sensitive, including name, gender, telephone number, e-mail address or mailing address, and IP address. We collect the following personal information from you when you create an account (“Account”) on the website needed to access certain parts of the Service: full name, email address, password, and telephone number.
As an alternative, you can also create an Account using your credentials from a designated third-party site or service, such as Facebook, Google+ or Twitter (“Third Party Account”). Doing this will allow you to log in to your account through your third party account. If you choose this option, a Third-Party Account or pop-up box will appear when creating your account, where you need to approve and proceed with opening an account, and which will later explain what types of information we get from and the types of activities we get in connection with your Third-Party Account. Such information may be (but is not limited to) Personal Information stored on this Third-Party Account, such as your username, email address, profile picture, gender, date of birth, and other information that you have chosen to create a profile on such as a Third-Party Account. Please note that after your account is opened, we will have access to personal information through Third-Party Accounts and also depend on the privacy settings of individuals in these Third-Party Accounts and privacy policies managed by providers such as Third-Party Accounts.
We treat any Non-Personal Information that is specifically connected or related to Personal Information as Personal Information.
What Is the Purpose of Collecting Information?
To access our services, users may be asked to fill out forms, provide some personal information to the Company. Answers to Personal Information questions are not required unless the fields are marked with an asterisk. The provision of information requested in forms/fields optionally in the registration form is not mandatory for receiving services and information that we provide through the Site (unless otherwise stated in the registration form). However, failure to complete mandatory forms or provide incorrect personal information can prevent us from fully providing the information or services requested.
We collect the information described above to provide better services for you. Non-Personal Information is collected for research and statistical purposes, to enable us to develop, adjust and improve services based on your preferences, usage, and interaction with services, to process your requests for information, and to provide the best services and offers relevant to you.
In addition to the points above, your Personal Information allows us to provide technical assistance and support for you.
Who else received this information?
We may share or transfer information, including personal information, internally within our group of companies.
We also share personal and non-personal information with third parties, currently required to provide, maintain, or improve our services and operations. This is the case with third party advertisements and affiliations; we share information with third parties to provide you with advertisements and offers or third parties think you might be interested.
We share Personal and Non-Personal Information with (i) third parties who provide services to the Company to enable us to provide you with our services, including email service providers and data gauges; (ii) third parties providing Company services in connection with the operation of the Site; (iii) each auditor, contractor or other advisor audits each of the Company’s business processes; and (iv) any prospective buyer or investor in the Company.
Any processing carried out by our third-party service provider (“Recipient”), where required by law, will be governed by the processing agreement in the form required by law, preserving any legal data protection rights and requiring the Recipient to respect Personal Information. and handle it under relevant laws. Recipients are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information and use personal information only to provide these services and only for general purposes.
We may share your e-mail address and telephone number with certain parties and sponsors (called “SPONSORS”) in the time that you have permitted to receive promotional material from the Sponsor at the time of registration (we usually call “Subscriber”). Sponsors can periodically use email addresses and telephone numbers to provide you with promotional material if permission is given at the time of registration and you have not stopped subscribing at a later time under the provisions of this Government Regulation. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your email address and telephone number from our marketing distribution list. However, you may also need to separately unsubscribe from marketing offers sent by the Sponsor.
The use of Information
Access, Correction, Cancellation, and Objection
You have the right to access, correct, update, or object to use your Personal Information by making a written request to us using the Contact Us page. Your request will be handled in a fast and professional manner.
Security and Confidentiality
The company treats Personal Information in strict confidentiality, and the server where this data will be stored includes industry-standard security measures needed to prevent accidental or unlawful damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of your information, which may be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed, and it must be emphasized that you share this information at your own risk.

We can transfer or assign your information, without notice, and without the need to receive your approval to third parties as a result of changes in control, consolidation, merger, acquisition, or reorganization. You acknowledge that in the event of bankruptcy, or curatorial, we may not have control over the use and transfer of Personal Information.
