ADs Specialist

Job Descriptions:

  1. Setup new ads accounts.
  2. Create, categorize and refine keyword lists.
  3. Implement bidding strategies.
  4. Monitor, revise, and optimize ad text and image.
  5. Analyze and assess and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  6. Provide recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
  7. Communicate regularly with Account Managers and internal on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, and performance reporting via email and calls.
  8. Prepare and present updated metrics and account status on client calls and in reporting notes.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business/Communication (preferably in Advertising).
  2. Having at least 1-2 years experiences as an Ads Specialist.
  3. Have a good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and innovative.
  5. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
  6. Able to perform spreadsheets-based formula to translate campaign data to actionable insight.
  7. Having Google and Facebook ads certificate is a plus.
  8. Having skill on Conversion Rate Optimization: A/B Test, Multivariate testing, Funneling is a plus.
  9. Having skill on Email Marketing is a plus.
  10. Having skill on Search Engine Optimization is a plus.
  11. Required Skill: Facebook ads, Google ads, Google SEM, Other Paid Ads Channels.
  12. Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta/Jakarta.
